Brining back some color. Shot this when I was in vancouver. I was driving past and I really liked the lights so I pulled into a mcdonald, ran across 4 lanes of traffic to get this shot. On the way there a man started following me and talking to me so I was kinda sketched out thinking man is this guy going to try to rob me?  ”Try” being the definitive word because God knows I would’ve died protecting my baby. Anyways he went away but I didn’t have a tripod and it was freezing so I quickly found a area where I could place my camera unfortunately I didn’t notice the couple that was arguing right below me so there was like 10 min of me trying to compose my shot while acting like I didn’t notice them having an all out argument.  That is the background story to this shot :) so while it may look like a simple night shot of vancouver, it really is an assortment of memories for me.

Again not the best but I like it as a whole. Theres alot going on but whatever I like it. I think it would look really good if they put this as a cameo print lol

I know this won’t win awards bu I went hiking and I liked the way the tree stood out in the mist with the sun hitting it. Everytime I see things like this I always think robin hood for some reason…I really like medieval things…im a nerd

I decided that I’ll just post 1 picture every day for a week from vancouver or seattle just so that I can give each photo some loving :) I of course have more than seven pictures from the trip but I just wanna show some of my own special ones.This deer literally came out of nowhere while I was driving to a hike on orcas island and it was a lesson learned never leave your 70-200 lens behind so I parked my car on the side of the road and tried to sneak up on it. I was doing well I think but then like the movies I stepped on a branch and it heard me, stared at me and then scampered away at which point I heard a car coming up the mountain and I had to move my car. I think I did ok though.p.s. I know to some people deers are always around but to us hawaiians it’s like “hoa bambi stay real” lol
